Artiflex Studio ships all orders from Miami, Florida. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
Standard products (NFC cards, pre-made items) are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Custom products (LED signs, acrylic logos, personalized items) require a production period of 5-10 business days depending on the complexity of the order. You will be notified when your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Some products qualify for free shipping. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the continental United States.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us for a custom quote.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status on your order confirmation page.
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the destination, package weight, and selected carrier. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for more details.
